Stefanie Juon, BCND, BCHHP, E-RYT, has been teaching for fourteen years, and practicing for eighteen. She has immersed herself in several styles and teaching methods over the years to bring fresh and innovative classes to her students. Yoga is for everyone. However, when online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen.
