What are CFUs? Colony Forming Units, or CFUs, are the count of probiotics that a manufacturing company guarantees are in one serving of the product b​y the expiry date.​ This means that prior to expiry, an individual dose of the product should technically contain more CFUs than is indicated on the bottle. Any statements or products mentioned herein this article are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Classic Guacamole In Less Than 15 Minutes

1 Avocado 1tsp. Cilantro 1 tsp. Garlic 1/2-1 Jalapeño 1tsp. Red onion 1tsp. Tomato 1/2 fresh Lime juice Pinch of Himalayan salt Pinch of Black pepper Scoop the avocado flesh into a medium-size bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until you’ve  reached your desired texture. Add the remaining ingredients and fold in everything until well combined. Serve and enjoy!
