Y’all, these are delicious and packed with nutrition!! I always have frozen fruit in the freezer. I buy organic fruits when on sale and usually end up with too much so in the freezer it goes. I’ll then pull them out for smoothies or recipes like the one I’m about to share with you!  For the preserves: 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries & raspberries.
