When Should I Start Using Anti-aging Products?

Now! It’s never too early to start. Anti-aging skincare should not be a long crazy regimen that consumes all your time or empties your wallet every month. Here are the basics for keeping your skin young and healthy throughout the years.

A clean sunscreen, SPF 30 daily, 365 days a year. Remember, rays can penetrate the skin through windows, and on cloudy days!

A gentle cleanser that won’t strip your microbiome (that dry/tight feeling). *Wash only once a day.

 

A toner that is pH balanced and, also a moisture prep.

A serum such as vitamin C that helps keep your collagen & elastin going strong, and protects from photodamage.

A moisturizer that will trap and restore moisture. One that reaches the deepest level of the skin, especially the Dermis (the middle layer of the skin where wrinkles originate), and balances pH. (Pre & probiotics are an amazing addition to an anti-aging regimen).

*Toners, serums, and moisturizers especially should be in containers that are not exposed to air or light*

*Only buy clean, non-toxic skincare to feed your microbiome and keep your skin healthy and glowing*
