Cellulite are fat deposits that push through the connective tissue (fascia) beneath the skin. What can you do?
To break up these deposits we need to get into the fascia and surrounding connective tissue. You can use a small massage ball to pin point certain areas, a foam roller, and massage to do this.
Get moving! I see the best results with a mix of fat shedding exercises such as jumping jacks, running etc. paired with resistance training. Aim for 30-45 minutes 3-4 times a week.
Diet and lifestyle are key in prevention! We must nourish and repair the gut for healthy skin, tissue, and a strong immune system!
Follow the Gut Health & Detox Guide to help you regain and keep digestive health.
Tip: Don’t overdo the carbs as they are converted into fatty acids, and stored as fat in the superficial fascia.
